An potentially lifesaving investment
A casualty can bleed to death in as little as 4 minutes. Standard workplace first aid kits do not contain the medical components needed to stop a major bleed injury which is why dedicated bleed control kits are required. The kits have been successfully used to stop critical bleeds and save lives countless times and are deployed nationally across UK.
About The Daniel Baird Foundation
The kit is a variation on the Daniel Baird Foundation Kit we produce and sales of these kits will provide support directly to the Daniel Baird Foundation Charity. The Daniel Baird Foundation has been established in memory of Daniel Baird. Daniel was just 26 years of age when he was fatally stabbed in Birmingham in July 2017, following a night out with friends, in an area where no bleed control kit or trauma pack was at hand to use. The family of Daniel Baird believe that, had there been a publicly accessible bleed control pack available, Daniel’s life may not have been cut so short.
If you are unsure whether this is the right bleed kit for you, please contact us to discuss your options.
