Major injuries can happen in all environments, and the larger the location the more important it is to have an organised system for provision of emergency medical equipment, that can be accessed by both staff and the public in a critical incident.

Following the tragic attack at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester on 22nd May 2017, Martyn’s Law, or the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill, was introduced to enhance public safety. The Bill, received Royal Assent in April 2025 and should be fully implemented by Spring 2027, recommends venues with a capacity of over 100/800* people to have Public Access Trauma (PAcT) Kits on-site.

Response times and speed of treatment are paramount to increasing the chances of saving a life in the event of catastrophic blood loss. The Large PAcT Emergency Station Cabinet is designed to be easily identifiable and accessible to minimise the time lost looking for equipment and maximise the chance of effective intervention in the event of a large scale emergency.
