Servicing

It’s a good idea to get your defibrillator cabinet and defibrillator serviced regularly to make sure that that if they are needed in an emergency, everything works.  We recommend our cabinets are serviced every 2 years in order to make sure they are in good working order.

We have a number of plans for you to choose from, but we can also offer a one-off service – see bottom of the page

Bronze Plan

£275+VAT – 5 year plan

• 2 service visits (Yr2, Yr 4)*
• 1 set of replacement defib pads
• Cabinet theft insurance**

Silver Plan

£560+VAT – 8 year plan

• 4 service visits (Yr2, Yr 4, Yr6 & Yr8)*
• 2 sets of replacement defib pads
• 1 replacement battery
• Cabinet theft insurance**

Gold Plan

£825+VAT – 10 year plan

• 5 service visits (Yr2, Yr4, Yr6, Yr8 & Yr10)*
• 2 sets of replacement defib pads
• 1 replacement battery
• After 10 years either:
  • new battery and pads
  • 10% off a new defib^
• Cabinet theft insurance**

Platinum Plan

£1,250+VAT – 10 year plan

• 6 monthly health check* (we will be the custodian of your cabinet)
• 5 service visits (Yr2, Yr4, Yr6, Yr8 & Yr10)*
• 2 sets of replacement defib pads
• 1 replacement battery
• After 10 years either:
  • new battery and pads
  • 10% off a new defib^
• Cabinet theft insurance**

One-Off service

Call out to site within 40 miles of our office in Kilsby, Northamptonshire is £125.00+vat

Call out to subsequent sites within 10 miles of previous site  £45.00+vat

A charge of 40p per mile for sites further than 40 miles from our offices.

Servicing on site includes:

• Check of cabinet
• Testing all electrical components of the cabinet
• Servicing the lock mechanism
• Cleaning the cabinet
• Providing a health report on the defibrillator
• Full site report after visit to be kept in your Health and Safety File

If any work is required and can be authorised whilst we are on site this will be carried out at component price only.

* Located within 40 miles of our office, mileage surcharge will apply for other locations
